The first step is to set up a consultation by calling 248-881-4937, emailing [email protected] or send us a message from the contact page.

Then, confirm with us the suite you have selected is still available. 

If your arrival date is more than 5-7 days from the posted available date, please contact us. Posted prices are based on a lease start date no more than 5-7 days (depending on the apartment) from the available date.

NOTE: Booking requests are not secure until an application fee has been paid and the completed application is received.

Yes! You will need to complete an application and pay the application fee (one for each occupant 18 and older).

We will send you, via email, a credit card consent form and link to the application (we don’t hold you personal data locally). Please complete the forms. We will charge the application fee and send you a paid invoice/receipt. This is the preferred method as that system interacts directly with our reservation software and is real time.

If you have trouble, or if you wish to pay via ACH, you can use the payment button on the invoice that we will send you.

Your application fee is refunded if we cannot reserve the suite you want for the date you want it.

Upon approval, we will send you a lease to sign electronically along with a corresponding invoice.
Execute the lease within 48 hours of receipt.

Payment for the first month of your lease is due and chargeable upon signing the lease.

After your payment has been approved, we will send arrival/access instructions and suite/building information as your arrival date approaches.

We will continue to market and offer suites until your application and application fee is submitted. Once received, we will hold the requested apartment (if available on the dates requested) until your application is processed and your lease is signed (within 48 hours of application approval).

Availability is subject to change. If the suite you selected is no longer available, we will offer alternative options, if available, based on your needs.

We suggest that you book your accommodations as soon as possible. We do not show/tour apartments that are occupied.

If you require that you tour the apartment before completing an application and paying the app fee, it could get booked by someone else while you are waiting for the current guest to maove and for us to clean it.

Most every booking is requested without an in-person tour, so our listings tend to get leased while the current occupant is still there until their agreed departure date.
