I had the pleasure of working with Doug, who was incredibly friendly and supportive — always available, even outside of regular hours, and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well during my stay. I truly appreciated the personal attention and care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for short-term furnished rentals!

This leasing company truly stands out. They are incredibly flexible and genuinely care about their customers, prioritizing their needs over just making money. The staff is always helpful and available any time whenever I need them. The place itself is consistently clean and nice . It was worth every single cent I spent. I would give a special recognition to Doug for his outstanding help and support, he went above and beyond to make sure I get the best accommodation experience ever. I truly recommend turnkeyRELO company to everyone needs a nice place to stay and dealing with people who care about customers needs over making money.

Doug Jr. has been outstanding from the very beginning—helping us during the viewing process, answering all our questions, and supporting us all the way through to our departure. He has gone above and beyond and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Even when we had special requests, he was always attentive, responsive, and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were excellent, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The community was also very safe, with multiple security measures in place that gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. We cannot recommend staying with TurnkeyRELO enough—it truly exceeded our expectations.

Overall really solid service. In terms of the ease of moving into a new city, they made it a breeze. While short term leases are very costly, they do have other options that are cheaper than many alternative short term leases

I had a somewhat unique rental situation, and I had the pleasure of dealing directly with Doug Jr. He was absolutely fantastic! He navigated some complicated details with remarkable ease and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, especially knowing I was moving to a new area. Very accommodating.
It’s evident that this is a family-owned business that genuinely puts the needs of its tenants first. Any time I’ve had a maintenance request the response has been immediate. This level of care is truly exceptional.
Beyond excellent service, the pricing is very fair and completely transparent. I honestly don’t believe you could find a better deal anywhere else in the area. If you’re weighing your options between a long-term hotel stay or an Airbnb, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this company instead – you simply can’t go wrong!

“Motor City Relocation Team is THE BEST! You won’t be missing a single thing when you step into one of their rentals and quite frankly, the furniture is better than what I had at home. SO comfy – my son loved the couch so much he slept on it during a visit & was well-rested. Beds are wonderful! The team handles every last detail and they are very responsive. The fridge needed a new water filter & to my surprise they even replaced that without a moment’s hesitation. I love the locations of the places they rent in and the prices are some of the best in the area, any season of the year. I’m a little sad to leave but it’s time to go back home. Thank you Doug & Aaron! You raised the corporate stay bar for me & I won’t take anything less in the future.”

Each unit is fitted with every thing you could need in your home away from home. I really enjoyed my 4 months stay in the 2 bed / 2 bath ground floor in Shelby Twp. “I really needed a place to stay on short notice but I was really put off by how many scammers were advertising places that were just too good to be true for the price. When I saw MotorCityRelocation’s listing and how beautiful and affordable the townhouse was, I was skeptical and afraid I would be scammed out of my money. But upon calling and speaking with the owner’s son, I felt reassured. I ended up renting the place and it was as lovely as the photographs. Everything was provided from pots & pans to foil & ziploc baggies! Management was very responsive when I called to say i needed the one thing not provided – an extension cord for my many rechargeable devices. I was very appreciative that they brought me an extension cord right away seeing as I had no vehicle with me.”
