- The minimum SmartStay package is $500/mo
- The typical SmartStay package is between $700/mo and $1400/mo
- Rates are influenced by the services you select and the rooms that need to be furnished and to what degree. The “Just bring your suitcase”™ turnkey package pricing is better than ala carte pricing with optional services in your SmartStay package.
- 3-month minimum agreement (although we can remove furnishings earlier, the balance of the contract would still need to be paid).
- Discounts at 6+ months and 12+ months.
- No set end date is OK, just go month to month after your term and terminate any time with a 20-day notice to terminate. Some limitations related to weekends, holidays and end of calendar month may apply.
- Setup fees vary and include the pickup and breakdown of the SmartStay package at the end of your term.
